Two second half goals help Cameroon overcome Guine-Bissau

At halftime breather, it was goalless.After the break, Cameroon continued to create numerous chances, although they also survived a couple of scares.Custodian Andre Onana nearly cost his side as his clearance went straight at Frederic Mendy who fired wide.
